Contact is made by the client to
establish the first meeting.
During the first meeting, the
client's design and functional needs are determined.
After the first meeting, a rough
estimate of the project will be given at no charge.
A preliminary rendering and design
will be created for review, along with a firm estimate of the project.
A design fee will be determined based upon project complexity.
Signed approval of the preliminary
drawing and advance payment of 50% of the estimate will initiate the start
of the project.
Upon receiving the advance payment,
a delivery schedule will be determined based on current workload. The
remaining 50% payment will be due upon delivery along with any shipping
charges.
